We use primarily Open Source Content Management Systems like Drupal, Joomla and WordPress to build you an easy to use, fully functional and cost efficient website.  This allows us to focus on layout and design rather than charge you for hundreds of hours to design a proprietary CMS that is only supported by us.

By using existing CMS solutions you get the ease of use and expandability most businesses need while keeping costs at minimum.  Our knowledge and experience with these CMS Solutions also allows us to select and tailor the right CMS to you.

Managed Web Sites

While we strive to build websites that anyone can manage, sometimes you just don’t have the time to dedicate to your website.  Web Imagine is happy to help!  You can choose from a couple of “Managed Maintenance” options we offer.

  1. Limited Maintenance – Web Imagine will maintain an administrator account on your site and provide routine maintenance for your database, CMS and 3rd Party and/or Web Imagine Plugins.  We will also assist with up to 5 pages/posts/articles changes, widget placements, plugin installs/uninstalls or other non-routine changes per month. (A non-routine function is determined by Web Imagine)
  2. Full Maintenance – We will maintain an administrator account on your site and perform all routine and non-routine maintenance for your site.  Web Imagine will recommend limiting “back-end” access of all other accounts to non-administrators roles.  We will update any content on your website on a bi-weekly basis.  This is limited to 8 hours of 2 week period.  If you need additional content updates, or updates outside of the regular scheduled maintenance time, you may be charged extra.
